Regan's gift is a Cambodian orphan, smoking ganja, wearing bifocals, make-up, and lots of bling, while driving a new car filled with stock options and a puppy. She/He (gotta keep something secret) is driving to Regan's new house bringing all of the paid for arrangements for a very expensive wedding and honeymoon.
